To ensure this document is clear and easy to understand, the following definitions apply throughout this Privacy Policy: "Greenhawk Designs," "the company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Greenhawk Designs, its owners, and its authorized operators. "You," "your," and "yours" refer to the individual accessing this website (greenhawkdesigns.com) or the customer purchasing products from our shop. "The Site" refers to greenhawkdesigns.com and any subdomains associated with the brand.

Introduction

Welcome to Greenhawk Designs (greenhawkdesigns.com). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3D-Printed Product Nature

By purchasing from Greenhawk Designs, you acknowledge the nature of 3D-printed (additive manufactured) goods. Products may feature visible layer lines, small surface artifacts, or seams inherent to the 3D-printing process. These are not considered defects. All products are screened to satisfaction before selling to meet a high standard of functionality and presentability.

Our products are printed using polymers(including PLA, PLA+, PETG, PCTG, and TPU). These materials can warp or deform if exposed to high heat, harmful chemicals, or intense pressure. We are not responsible for damage caused by heat, chemical exposure, or improper storage of products. Filament colors may vary slightly between production batches.

Product model, material, colors, patterns, textures, or anything related are subject to change at any time, for any reason.

Custom Orders and Personalization

We specialize in custom labels and tools. For custom designs, the customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all text, spelling, and dimensions provided. Under Utah commerce standards, custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive with a functional defect or a manufacturing error on our part.

Orders

Because many items are made-to-order, "Production Time" is separate from "Shipping Time." Estimated timelines are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Large orders may take longer due to material restocking and manufacturing time.

Payment and Privacy

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or cancel orders due to pricing errors or material shortages.

We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. Stripe is a PCI-certified service provider. When you enter your credit card information at checkout, that data is sent directly to Stripe’s secure servers. Greenhawk Designs does not see or store your full credit card number, CVV, or expiration date on our own servers. We provide Stripe with your payment details and certain personal information (such as customer name and email) to process the transaction and prevent fraud.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

We ship primarily within the United States. All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law in the state of Utah, all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Our tools are designed for specific hobbyist or organizational uses. Greenhawk Designs is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage (direct or indirect) resulting from the misuse, modification, or failure of a 3D-printed part.

In no event shall Greenhawk Designs’ liability exceed the purchase price of the specific product that gave rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on greenhawkdesigns.com, including product designs, logos, and photos, is the property of Greenhawk Designs. By purchasing our products, you agree not to replicate, reverse-engineer, or remix our physical products, product models, or digital designs for commercial resale. All product designs, logos, and art are intellectual property of Greenhawk Designs and may not be copied or resold.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be filed in the courts located within that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We, Greenhawk Designs, reserve the right to update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our process or local laws. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
